Its total investment is 20 million US dollars and the registered capital is 8 million US dollars. It covers an area of 160, 000 square meters. The total working staff are more than 800 at present, including six senior engineers, 38 technicians. Up to now, our company has obtained the certificate ISO/ TS16949: 2002, ISO14001: 2004, OHSAS18001: 1999 and 12 patents. Our main products as following: automobile transmission belts ( including v-belt, ribbed belt, timing belt) , rubber diaphragm for brake chamber, rubber cup for hydraulic brake cylinder, rubber hose and other rubber products. The quality, the output and the selling amount of our automobile transmission belts, brake rubber cups and rubber diaphragms for air chamber are in a leading position in China. Our company owns strong ability of production and development. We have advanced manufacturing equipments. One of our v-belt production lines was imported from the SCHOLZ Company of Germany, and some were imported from Barwell Group of England. Our Product Project Innovation Center was ranked into the state grade of enterprise technology centers, and its test laboratory vested in the laboratory of Quality Supervision & Inspection of Chemical Industry & Rubber Products of China. Besides, we organized and participated in constituting 13 national standards and industry standards, some as the following: The standard of timing belt The standard of ribbed belt The standard of rubber diaphragm for brake chamber The standard of rubber cup for hydraulic brake cylinder The standard of rubber hose for automobile We are in a position to manufacture the products as per customer' s sample or designated specification.
